Dubai Expo Package 5 Nights 6 Days





Dubai Expo: It is the biggest fair of the world where 191 Countries are participating which will have more than 200 Pavilions. 60 + Daily Shows, 200+ Restaurants. This will give you the lifetime experience to see the world under one roof and come across the Culture, Traditions at every step. This expo will be focusing on greatest challenges and opportunities of todays time, inspiring us with the new trends and perspectives towards sustainability. Artistic, Scientific, Cultural perspectives can be seen, felt and lived once in lifetime.


Day 1 :

Arrival at the Airport and transfer to the hotel in Dubai.

PCR Test will be done at the arrival of the Dubai Airport and packed dinner will be provided in the hotel  due to self isolation.



Day 2 :

After having Breakfast We will start our Visit to the Miracle Garden. Lunch at your own cost. Guests will be transferred to the Desert Safari. Barbeque Dinner and Belly Dance Show will be performed here.(Desert safari will be in the 4*4 vehicle on SIC basis )

Day 3 :

Day will start with the Half Day city tour of Dubai. Visit to the Burj Khalifa 124th Floor (Non Prime Hours) . Photo Stops to the Dubai Museum , Jumeriah Beach , Atlantis Hotel. Visit to the Dubai Mall , Jumeriah Mosque. Day will also include Aquarium and Zoo.

Evening dinner on Dhow Cruise in Dubai Creek.

Day 4 :

Enjoy good and healthy Breakfast at the Hotel. We will be transferring you to the Dubai Expo for full day. Dinner will be provided in the Indian Restaurant

Day 5 :

This day breakfast will be provided and again full day will be given at the Dubai Expo.

Day 6 :

Morning Breakfast and Hotel Checkout.

Return journey towards India.

  • All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes Either before the tour or while on the trail.
  • We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well being.
  • Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents
  • We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from , dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
  • We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk
  • It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo IDs (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID
  • Above quote is valid for group of minimum 16 people
  • Any change in the group number can vary the rates
  • City tours are not recommended on Friday as major attractions are closed on Monday
  • Hotels may charge a refundable deposit amount at the time of check in which the guests need to pay from their end. In case guests test positive during their stay in UAE, hotel will utilize the deposit amount as room disinfection charge, which will then become non-refundable and guests have to pay for it. The guests need to pay from their end for room disinfection charge, if tested positive during the stay
  • Vehicle used in the above quote for this group is based on all clients arriving together and departing together as a single group in the same flight. In case the group arrives/departs by more than 01 flight wherein additional transfers are required; we would then require to arrange extra coaches for their arrival/departure transfers at a supplement cost (same will be informed to agent once the flight details are available to us).
